The Chairman of the Federal Service for the Supervision of Environment, Technology and Nuclear Management (Rostechnadzor) and the accompanying delegation made a technical visit to Türkiye.
Mr. Aleksandr TREMBITSKII, the Chairman of the Federal Service for the Supervision of Environment, Technology and Nuclear Management (Rostechnadzor), and the accompanying delegation visited Türkiye on 24-25 January 2023 and held a bilateral meeting with the President of NDK, Dr. Zafer DEMİRCAN, and the accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, which started with the opening speech of Dr. Zafer DEMİRCAN at the Akkuyu NDK Office, it was stated that the relations dating back to 2010 are getting stronger day by day due to the meetings, workshops and technical visits.
Along with the presentations on country practices, information and experience were exchanged between the delegations. A Memorandum of Intent was signed between NDK and Rostechnadzor to develop and strengthen cooperation. Following the signing ceremony, the two delegations conducted a site visit at Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant.
