He was born in 1975.

He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1998. Between 2009-2011, he completed his master's degree in Public Administration-Strategic Management and Leadership at Florida State University/Askew School of Public Administration in the USA. He continues his doctoral studies in the field of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Ankara University.

He worked as Collective Bargaining Expert at Hak-İş Trade Union, Assistant Inspector at Faisal Finance Institution Inc., and Assistant Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance.

Between 2003 and 2015, he worked as an Assistant Energy Expert, Energy Expert and Group Head at the Energy Market Regulatory Authority. Afterwards; he worked as the Head of the Nuclear Energy Project Implementation Department of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources between 2015-2019, and as the Acting General Director of Nuclear Energy and International Projects between 2019-2021. Between 2018-2021, he served as a Member of the Executive Board of the Turkish Atomic Energy Agency (TAEK).

Since 23 February 2021, he has been working as a Vice President at Nuclear Regulatory Authority.

She was born in 1975 in Çayeli/Rize.

In 2000, she graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Nuclear Energy Engineering. In 2003, she completed her master’s degree in the same department at Hacettepe University.

Between 2000 and 2002, she worked as a Research Assistant at Hacettepe University, Department of Nuclear Energy Engineering. From 2002 to 2019, she worked as an Engineer and Head of the Safety of Nuclear Installations Section at the Turkish Atomic Energy Authority. Between 2019 and 2024, she held various positions at the Nuclear Regulatory Authority, including Nuclear Regulatory Specialist, Head of the Manufacturing Authorization Group, and Head of the Nuclear Installations Department.

Since January 3, 2025, she has been working as Vice President at Nuclear Regulatory Authority.

He was born in 1971, and his hometown is Trabzon.

In 1995, he graduated from Atatürk University, Department of Civil Engineering. Between 1995 and 2000, he worked as a Site Chief and Control Engineer in various projects as a Civil Engineer.

In 2000, he started working at TEDAŞ. He held various positions as an Engineer, Technical Chief, and Deputy Director in the Real Estate and Construction Department, Project and Facility Department, R&D Planning and Foreign Relations Department, and Asset Management Department.

Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Acting Head of the TEDAŞ Asset Management Department and was appointed as the Head of the Administrative and Social Affairs Department.

In 2020, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of TEDAŞ and held this position until 2025.

Since January 3, 2025, he has been serving as Vice President of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority.
