Required Information and Documents for issuing Radioisotope Generator Production / Radiopharmaceutical Preparation Licence
Application Documents
1. Radiation Protection Officer (RPO); If he is a physicist, chemist, physical engineer, chemical engineer or nuclear energy engineer, a copy of his diploma and a copy of the training document he received on radiation protection.
2. Radiation protection program
3. Two (2) approved architectural projects in 1/100 scale prepared in accordance with the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) shielding conformity report
4. Person/organization applying for a license; (During the application, the document will be requested to be uploaded in pdf or jpeg image format.)
a) If it is a real person, tax certificate,
b) If it is a private company, the current trade registry newspaper and tax certificate,
c) If the association and foundation, the document and tax certificate showing the main company.
Annotation :
- The adequacy of the approved document showing the lessons learned and their contents related to radiation protection is evaluated by the Authority.
- For this type of license, before the license application procedures, it is necessary to obtain "(Spatial Design Approval)" (Project Compliance Report) from the Nuclear Regulatory Authority and according to this report, the construction of the facility and the device etc. installation is required. If the "Spatial Design Approval" (Project Compliance Report) has not been received yet, the application should be made through e-Government portal by examining the information and documents specified in the 'Radioisotope Generator Production / Radiopharmaceutical Preparation Project Application Documents' page.

- Before the license application procedures, the facility project must be approved by Nuclear Regulatory Authority. For project approval, the information and documents required in the Cyclotron and Radioisotope Production Facility Project Application Documents must be submitted.
