e-NDK works with the aim of making use of the goods and services produced by the Authority within the scope of the e-Government project, in the easiest and most effective way, in a high quality, fast, uninterrupted and safe manner, and to provide the services provided electronically through the e-Government portal. It is carried out as services. As a part of the e-Government project, License Inquiry, e-Transport Processes, Personal Dosimetry Records Inquiry, Establishment Dosimeter Processes (personnel, handover, final report, etc.) services are offered on the website of the Authority at www.ndk.gov.tr
In addition to the services published on our website, the services listed in the table below have started to be offered over the e-Government portal (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr), and it is aimed to offer all our services over the e-Government portal in time.
Applications for goods and services provided by the Authority are made through e-Government. Following the creation of an accrual for the service in the application, the fee must be deposited into Ziraat Bank online collection accounts.

The application process consists of the following steps:
1 - Application through e-Government (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr),
Our citizens who will apply through e-Government; If it is an individual application, it is necessary to apply with its TR identity number and e-government password, and if it is a corporate application, the responsible employees must apply with their TR identity number and e-government password.
Within the service to be applied; There is a section that needs to be filled in as to whether the application is made company or individually. Institutional/company information is taken as basis in company applications, and personal information in individual applications.
2 - Accrual occurrence,
Select the service to be purchased over https://ehizmet.ndk.gov.tr and fill in the relevant fields step by step. After completing the filling of the relevant fields, the accrual number of the application is notified to the applicant via SMS and e-mail.
3 - Online payment with accrual number, tax or identification number,
In order to make a payment through Ziraat Internet Banking, you must follow the steps below:
Menu -> Payments -> Other Payments -> Other Companies by selecting the search part; Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) must be selected from the results obtained by typing Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA), and an inquiry must be made by entering TCID (If Individual Application) or TIN (If Company Application). As a result of the inquiry, the current accrual number to be paid must be selected and the payment must be completed.
To make payment from Ziraat Bank counter;
Nuclear Regulatory Authority online collection account; First of all, the TCID if it is an individual application, and the TIN if it is a corporate application, and the payment must be made together with the accrual number sent via mail and sms in the application made through e-Government.
(NOTE: Before going to the bank, you need to check the TCID or ID numbers you specified in your application on the form sent to you via e-mail. If there is any mistake, a re-application is required as the bank will not see the payment.)
*** Your EFT or Money Order transactions to the IBAN number will be returned to you, and your application will be deemed unpaid.
4 - Completion of required actions by NRA:
To get information about the application made or to learn the status of the application, please contact the relevant unit of the NRA.

Additional Considerations
1. e-Service applications cannot be completed in old browsers such as Internet Explorer (although the process can be started).
2. Use browsers that can be updated such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
3. It may take 15-20 minutes to complete the application and some information about the work related to the service applied is requested.
4. In order to prevent loss of time due to data loss and repetition of transactions and to complete your transactions, it is important to comply with the above-mentioned issues and to follow the explanations on the e-Service application screen.
